FREE SHIPPING APPLIES TO dollysboutique.com orders ONLINE ORDERS AND TOTALING $75+ AFTER APPLICABLE DISCOUNTS AND BEFORE SHIPPING, HANDLING AND TAXES ARE ADDED.  GIFT CARDS DO NOT COUNT TOWARD THE $75 ORDER TOTAL. FREE SHIPPING MAY HAVE SOME EXCLUSION DURING A SALE.

NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR ONLINE OR IN-STORE PURCHASES. EXCHANGE ONLY.

-CANCELATIONS AND CHANGES IN THE ORDER MUST BE COMMUNICATED WITH IN 2 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER. CHANGES IN ORDERS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED VERBALLY TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.

-EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE FOR ANOTHER ITEM/S, AND ALWAYS THE OPTION TO RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BELOW TERMS.

-EXCHANGES ARE ONLY GRANTED WHEN RETURN POSTMARK IS NO MORE THAN 7 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED.

-TO EXCHANGE SIMPLY SEND BACK THE ITEM/S WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER THE ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED.

- IF THERE IS A SYSTEM GLITCH ON A OVERSOLD ITEM (OUT OF STOCK) WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND THROUGH YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
